Why we tune before we travel
Seven days move fast. Strangers move slower.
In September we land in China together. Days later we leave having either built something real with each other, or having taken a very beautiful trip. The difference gets decided before anyone boards a plane.
This afternoon is that difference. Three hours to say out loud who you are, what you're building, and what you'd want to carry home. So that when we arrive, we start at hour forty, not hour zero.
Peer to peer
No stage, no panel, no mentors. Everyone here is a maker, not an audience.
Seen, precisely
The point isn't to be introduced. It's to be understood well enough that someone can build with you.
A container, not a campaign
We're not running an activation. We're assembling something that keeps going after the trip ends.
The idea
Small acts of goodwill ripple further than they have any right to.
GoodSphere begins from a plain truth — kindness compounds. In this room we are not buyers and sellers. We are co-creators sharing the same table, the same supply chain, and the same bet: that a business built as a community outlasts a business built as a funnel.
From Good to GoodSphere — screening on August 21.

The afternoon · 2:00 – 5:00 PM
Three hours, and you'll speak in most of them.
This is a facilitated room, not a program of talks. There is no stage and no deck. You'll be asked to say something early, and something again at the end — that's the whole design.
- 2:00
Arrival & tea
Come at two, not two-thirty. The first twenty minutes are unstructured on purpose.
- 2:20
Opening the field
Introductions at speed, why we're here, and one question we answer together: what state do we each need to be in for this to be a day worth having?
- 2:50
Sensing GoodSphere
A short film, then the room responds. One line, one image, or one word that landed. Leon closes with where the commercial community is actually headed.
- 3:30
Break
- 3:40
Co-creating the picture
Small groups, then the full room. Three years out, the brand co-creation community exists. What does it look like? Who's in it? How many brands did it incubate? We build that picture together and say it out loud.
- 4:25
September in China
What the trip is, what to bring, and what you're each hoping to get out of it. Open Q&A.
- 4:45
Check-out & photograph
One sentence each on what you're taking with you. Then a picture, because this room happens once.
Facilitated throughout. Times are indicative — the room sets its own pace.
